I/We do not really know for sure. * It was later learned that problems might have been due to Firefox browser bugs. I/We do not really know for sure. * Our usual Chat monitor (Phil Bunch) did not stay in meeting. I/We did not designate a replacement. * Distractions caused the presenter to start reading the chat requests. * The presenter started his presentation over from beginning in response to a latecomer request. * The presenter had never before used Jitsi, familiar with MS TEAMS, Zoom, Google Meet. Totally negative experience for him. * The presenter later requested we take down recording as he considered it unprofessional with all the disruptions. * We took down the recording, posting only his slide PDF and notes instead. * Mistakes are great for learning what not to do, or at least learning what will go wrong. * Yet again, lack of experience, practice and volunteers bit us. * Per Gary, he was unable to determine that meeting was going on. Others could either not hear or see shared screen. * We need to insure that presenter not pay attention to Chat room. We need designated Chat monitor to pass on questions. * Today's Jitsi Community Call session talked about an existing timing issue when connecting.
