To run the Compaq System Configuration Utilities, we inserted the CD in the CD-ROM drive and booted the system. When the system failed to boot, at the prompt "Press F1 to continue, F10 to run System Partion" (System Partition utility in Windows started but failed to run), pressing F1 resulted in successful boot from the CD. To run the Compaq System Configuration Utilities, we inserted the CD in the CD-ROM drive and booted the system.  The power supply fans on budlight would not start up when we installed the systems at Primary Networks. The BIOS POST noticed this (reported them as fans #5 and #6) and prevented the system from booting. We removed the fan module (which attaches behind the power supply) and re-seated it. The system then started fine. The fan problem has proved to be an ongoing issue. The power supply fans on budlight would not start up when we installed the systems at Primary Networks.  +On RedHook, battery for RAID array accelerator card was low on first startup, and is attempting to charge. Will check later to see if it gives good indication.
 +
+RedHook initial attempt to boot with Compaq System Configuration Utilities version 8.6 was unsuccessful (once we were successful at selecting the CD as boot source). Download page and ISO filename indicated 32 bit kernel, but CD refused to boot with indication it was using a 64 bit kernel. Fixed problem by downloading SmartStart v7.1 disk (see above for URL).
