+  * Christine Wanta emailed the list, saying she would have to resign her Board seat.
+    * Unable to attend enough meetings.

+  * Impromptu BOARD MEETING: Stan nominated Barry Morrison as Christine's replacement.

+  * We dropped all but 1 dial-up line on September 30.
