      * Lee visited Chicago LUG - using Big Blue Button (BBB)
        * BBB records separate audio, visual, and presentation files.
        * How to download recording from server and combine streams into single video stream
        * Maybe set up Big Blue Button (BBB) on different hostname for testing

     *  Lee has set up BBB server.  Issues with separate recordings Display, Audio and Whiteboard.
     *  Stan suggested some frequent weekly testing of alternate Remote Video Conferencing Service packages

    * Lee: Jitsi has progressed amazingly the past few months. If Firefox can be kept off, it works pretty well. 
      * Jitsi End to end encryption is being developed, may be ready for use at this time.
    * Gary: Encourage Dave to continue to investigate captioning for various screen sharing platforms.

    * Big Blue Button wasn't fully developed. Allows uploading presentation, limited usefulness.
    * Zoom labels statements by speaker, Jitsi doesn't
    * Webex is non-starter, can't host from Linux.
    * Zoom may be $20/mo, plus $20/mo for [cc]
    * Chad is our single point of service for Zoom. Need to find another company to give us our own account, or a sponsor to pay $40/month for Zoom plus [cc].
    * Stan: Maybe Microsoft would be willing to sponsor us?
    * Lee: Google doesn't have non-profit version we could use.

        * Encouraging that a lot of states have dropped electronic and gone to paper.

          * Getting an outsider who didn't know people involved, was fun hearing their reacitons
