Reservations are for first six month of 2011. Second half of year reservations will open in April.
Checks have been cut for new reservations, but no credit or refund for other rooms yet.
Possibly best to give up on this, as Indian Trails amount was only $20.

Arch Reactor InstallFest
Linux Conference in May
2010-09 Possible Linux event next May
-
Web site looks like it went up early in February 2010.
Event name changed, was previously listed as Mid-America LinuxFest.
Web site had not kept up with July 2010 selection of St. Louis as city of choice.
Location seems to be St. Louis Union Station Marriott.
Appears to be for-profit.
Looking for sponsors.
We need someone to determine viability of efforts before we consider committing.
Any volunteers?
2010-10 Carl will investigate.
2010-11 Craig will investigate.
St. Louis Business Expo
2010-10
On October 20th at St. Charles Convention Center. Will cost us $180.
Stan R. and Lee L. brought up participation at STLLUG meeting. Little response.
Lee L. will be ordering electric hookup by Thursday to get discount.
EPC will again provide laptops.
We have committed to $180. Need to clarify cost of electricity, although hard not to have electricity it we're going to be there. Total costs related to Expo are not to exceed $500.
2010-11
A good time was had by all.
Good turn out; talked to a bunch of people.
Enough workers that people didn't have to stay chained to the booth.

Domain Name Renewals
December 2010 - Renew STCLUG.ORG domain. Our other domains scattered through out year.
Suggestion was made that it might be possible to renew all domains during same month.
Gary M. was going to check the possibility with vendors.
STLLUG meetings are now hosted at IT Enterprises, which is affiliated with UMSL.
Typically because of meeting space value we recognize host as sponsor on our web pages.
Previously, some educational institutions (other than UMSL) did not want to be listed.
Lee updated the web site sponsors list.
