Phil Bunch had success with all SLACC meeting dates and using Rock Road locations. Stan missed Saturday registration for HZWLUG.
All preferred Prairie Commons dates were Library reserved anyway, and differing dates and locations had to be found. The Indian Trails Branch messed up confirmations.

Our web page schedules updated, still need to update location information on our Google calendar and all MEETUP information.

A total of 336 have joined with our MEETUP.COM site (as of 30 Nov)
There is a new interface structure to MEETUP.COM maintenance, making changes difficult.
Example: Deleting duplicate information for SLACC meetings was hard to do and MIGHT have inadvertently sent cancellation messages.
We continue to need someone to help utilize MEETUP.COM resource.
Maintenance to MEETUP.COM is not done with scripts. It is user interface intensive. ~ stanr
Stan R – Hate the world. Except for chocolate. Should we be on FaceBook or Slack for social media interaction?

SUMMARY: We presume that our single web site isn't enough to draw younger crowd.

Internet Presence on Social Media other than MEETUP.COM site needs to be addressed separately.
Transferred other social media issues from Internet Presence to separate stanzas here.
We have no presence on FACEBOOK or TWITTER.
We have lost control of our presence on GOOGLE+ and YOUTUBE. We don't even know how to count anything there.
See counts in the Other Kinda Stuff Report above.

We do NOT know how or what to count in YouTube NOR do we know how to metric videos.
We do NOT have any account access or control to our presence and videos on Google+ or YouTube.
No way to change meeting dates or set temporary hiatus in Google+
NOTE: Google+ will be shut down by the end of August 2019

What do we do about videos that are up there? Do we have them archived? Do we need to capture them? Move them to U-Tube? Do we do nothing?
Stan R obtained hard drive containing Don's videos and voice recordings without having made any progress in trying to combine them.
QUESTION: Does it matter, do we know what to do, or does anyone care?

Board ad hoc approved that Gary will purchase some stickers to use as giveaways.

Gary didn't realize that he was volunteered, since he is out of town momentum will likely be slow.
QUESTION: Would someone else (besides Gary M) assume the mission?

Summer Workshops
2018-06-04
Thoughts about announcing workshops for summer meetings instead of actual topics. Prevent having to develop presentations.
OTOH, would be helpful to have topics for the workshops, so not zero effort.
