Annual Report to State of Missouri
Last annual report (5 June 2007) is now on file
It showed old registered agent and address.
We needed to correct Craig's name and address.
Last year (July 2007) we had considered just making a "registered agent change", but it would cost money.
Last year (July 2007) we said that we would make changes next year.
It is now "next" year.
Carl filed annual report for 2008 during the meeting.
Corporation Info
Still need to change registered agent.
